Teams may use the Uusimaa Areena meeting room free of charge for parent meetings.

Team managers or treasurers book the room via the Uusimaa Areena reservation service.

The meeting room comfortably fits around 10 people.

Instructions

• Always clean the room after use!!
• Uusimaa Areena will charge the club a cleaning fee if the room is left messy
• The Teams device on the meeting table is available for easy remote participation via Teams
• Coffee, tea, and milk are available in the room
